Move Through Fear

Sometimes the best things are on the other side of fear.

I walked over glass at an event years back. I remember being nervous and having to sign a release form. I also knew it was something that I needed to do and that I COULD do.

I lined up with others and some were talking about being afraid. It was weird, but the closer I got the more calm I was.

Rob Fore was taking us through the process and as I stepped on the broken glass a feeling of power filled me. I felt like I was floating over it and he called me a Jedi.

Indeed I was the fastest person but more than that, I was left with a sense of knowing I could do anything.

Fear lies in our minds. It only comes out to play if we let it. Think what we could do if we knew we could do it.

Be bold!
