These are similar to chia seeds but are lectin free.

Here is one example:
Mix 3 tsp basil seeds with 1 cup coconut milk, or another nut milk. Let them sit for a bit and then refrigerate overnight and serve the following day. You can add a little sweetener such as monk fruit or stevia if you want, pecans, and unsweetened coconut flakes.
